If your receiver will not power up, please check that power is running through the docking station.  The receiver does not have a built in battery and so relies on the dock as a power source.  If you have a portable docking station and are testing it using batteries, please try again connected the dock to the power instead.

If your receiver powers up and pairs, but there is no sound it is likely to be incompatible. Please see this article for advice.

If you have a Bose docking station and the receiver will not power up, this suggests that you have purchased the wrong receiver for your dock. Please return the receiver for a refund and purchase the alternate devices separately. 

If it is the BS-1 you have bought, you need the i-SYNC or i-DOCK.  If you have purchased the i-SYNC or i-DOCK and they are not working, you need the BS-1 instead.

If your dock is not a Bose dock and the receiver is not powering up at all, this suggests that there might be a fault. Please return the receiver to us for testing. We will be able to determine whether there is a fault and if there is, will issue a replacement immediately.  If there is not a fault, we will suggest an alternate solution.

Please make sure that you include all the relevant paperwork with your item. In particular we need a copy of the invoice / order information so that we can locate you on the system – as well as your contact name and number. Please also include a print out of this email conversation so that we know how to action the return once it has been received back.
