The LAYEN returns process is simple and hassle free. 

Incompatible / Unwanted Items

If your item is incompatible or you have changed your mind, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund.  Past this period we can offer an exchange within 28 days. We're sorry but we can't accept returns after this period.

If your 30 pin receiver was incompatible and you need an alternate Bluetooth solution for your dock or stereo, you will be able to find an answer on the Troubleshooting Page or FAQ page. You can also contact us via the support page.

Please return the item back to us so that you can be refunded. You can then purchase the desired alternative separately. We need the unwanted item returned in perfect and re-saleable condition - with no damage to the product or packaging.

Our return address is LAYEN Suite 2, Sandhurst House, 297 Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 0QA. For minimal return postage cost, items can be sent a large letter (1st or 2nd class) but please obtain proof of postage from the post office. We can't take responsibility for the goods until they are back here with us.

Please include all relevant paperwork with your item. We will need to know where you purchased it (website / Amazon etc), your order number and your contact details - so the invoice or packing slip would be perfect. Please also make a note on your paperwork confirming the request for a refund.

Without your order number / contact details we will be unable to process your return.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that your product appears defective or has developed a fault, please visit the Troubleshooting Page as a first port of call. Usually a Bluetooth re-set will clear any issues. If you believe your product to be faulty, you will need to return it for testing.  If we find a fault we will issue a replacement immediately. If we cannot replicate the fault through the testing process, we will contact you.
