LAYEN Voice Recorder / Dictaphone


Your new voice recorder / Dictaphone can be used to make audio recordings as well as store and transfer files.   You will be able to access, save and listen to recordings on a computer or laptop. It’s very simple to use. 

Instructions: Voice Recorder / Dictaphone

  1. Charge your voice recorder / Dictaphone by inserting into a USB slot of a computer, or a USB plug.  Please allow approximately 3 hours for a full charge.

  2. To record simply slide the button to “on”. A red light will come on. It will then flash several times and will then go out. This indicates that the device has started to record.

  3. Switch the button to the ‘OFF’ to stop recording. The recording will automatically save to the device’s 8GB memory. 

  4. To listen to and save files, insert the device into the USB slot of the computer or laptop.

  5. If a folder doesn’t automatically appear when the device is inserted, access via ‘My Computer’ and look for the removable drive. 

  6. Your recordings will be saved on the device under ‘RECORD’.
